Bison Blast Coyotes In Season Finale

Bookmark and Share

FARGO, N.D.  --  USD's football season came to a somber end in Fargo, North Dakota.  The Coyotes were shutout by two-time defending national champion North Dakota State 42-0.

It's the second straight year South Dakota failed to score against the Bison.  USD lost last year's meeting at Howard Wood Field in Sioux Falls 54-0.

The Coyotes finish 2013 at 4-8 overall and 3-5 in MVFC, marking a three win improvement in Joe Glenn's second season as head coach.

NDSU finished 11-0, winning the Valley title outright and locking up the top seed in the FCS Playoffs.
