SD Ag Equipment Business Celebrating 100 Years Of Sales

A South Dakota ag equipment business is celebrating 100 years of selling tractors, combines, implements and other gear.
Scott Supply Co. of Mitchell has been in business since 1915 selling Case IH and New Holland farm equipment.
Co-owner Chris Scott says the four-generation family business is proud of the way it has treated customers for a century.
The business was started by Lewis Scott. His son, Wally, became an active partner in the business in 1936. Wally’s sons, Bob and John, later joined the business as owners. And now, Bob’s son, Chris, has been onboard as owner since 1994.
The business has more than 40 employees and most of them have been on staff for 25 years or more.
