Lennox Man Suspect In Burglary Of Sam Foltz’s Brother’s Home

A Lennox man has been charged with burglarizing the home of late Nebraska punter Sam Foltz’s brother.

According to the Omaha World-Hearld, Scott Davis, 38, was arrested Sunday outside of York, Neb. when he was pulled over for driving under the influence.

The newspaper said while authorities were searching Davis’ vehicle, they found items that said “Foltz” on them. The items matched the description of items stolen from the home of Jordan Foltz, who lives near Greely, Neb. Jordan was attending Nebraska’s season opening football game at the time of the burglary. His brother was honored at the game.

Sam Foltz died July 23 in a car accident in Wisconsin. Michigan State punter Mike Sadler, who was driving the car during the accident died as well.
