Authorities Search for Endangered Missing Madison Girl

MADISON, S.D. — Authorities are asking for the public’s help in the search for a missing 14-year-old Madison girl who may be in danger.

Police in Madison, S.D. say Kyden Mapp was last seen at her home in Madison around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday, and was missing the next morning when her family awoke. They say Mapp does not have any required medications with her.

Mapp may be with Chase Zingmark, 18, and may be traveling in a 2000 white Dodge Grand Caravan. The van has South Dakota license plates 43S 314. They may be in the Sioux Falls area.

Authorities say there is an active warrant on Zingmark, for crimes in which Mapp was the victim.

Mapp described as a biracial (white and black) female, 5 feet, 4 inches tall and 130 pounds. She has brown eyes, black curly hair and multiple tattoos, including a heart on the left side of her wrist, the phrase “Triforce” on the left top of her wrist, and Batman on her left front hip. She also has a scar under her bottom lip. Mapp was last seen wearing a gray tank top, black shorts and gray shoes.

Zingmark is described as a white male with blue eyes, 5 feet, 6 inches tall and 110 pounds.
