Sioux Falls Makes Little League World Series Debut Tonight

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – With less than an hour away from the first pitch for the Sioux Falls Little League team’s World Series debut, they have plenty of support here at home.

Sports bars and restaurants around town are hosting watch parties for tonight’s game, and Shenanigans Sports Bar and Grill is one of them.

The owner says they are expecting a high number of fans to walk through the door as support continues to grow for young team.

“People that don’t watch baseball are following baseball because it’s Sioux Falls or it’s the middle of the state. Everybody wants to see South Dakota succeed. We’ve always just watched Rapid City, now we are seeing our own Sioux Falls kids so it’s pretty good,” said Don Rose the Owner of Shenanigans.

The game will be broadcast on ESPN and Sioux Falls plays Greenville North Carolina at 7 p.m.
