SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The celebration held the second Saturday of each month in downtown Sioux Falls at the Washington Pavilion is a great one for the whole family.

A spooky science event at the Kirby Science Discovery Center takes place tomorrow with a lot of hands-on activities for kids and adults alike. Costumes are encouraged and Jaime Buswell with the Kirby Science Discovery Center says favorites from the past will be featured along with some new activities.

“Our blue bubbles, dry ice bubbles, we’re going to have some bugs for you, try eating crickets and larva that are flavored which is a lot of fun. but we’re also gonna  debut some new things like a giant sling shot to launch things across the room , smash things down with a target , some blind taste tests, lots of fun stuff, ” said Buswell.

The spooky events run tomorrow from 10 a.m. through 8 p.m. and general admission rates apply.
