Parents and Pumpkins come to school

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – You may have heard about ‘take your kid to work’ day, but what about take your parents to school day?

With Halloween only a week away, parents and students at Christ the King school came together to carve pumpkins today. First and second graders carved and created their own jack o’lanterns to get a little messy and create a special souvenir.

This is the school’s first annual student-parent pumpkin carving event.
