Vice President, Marketing
|Responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of the organization’s marketing and advertising initiatives. Ensures the organization’s message is distributed across channels and to targeted audiences in order to meet marketing objectives.
Provide support in the areas of marketing strategy and management for the overall organization. Develop and implement the annual marketing plan and the strategies, tactics and resources necessary to achieve organizational goals. Oversee and provide direction concerning market and competitor analysis. Create an organization-wide marketing reporting function that can track, measure and analyze performance. Provide marketing skills and expertise by helping departments develop a marketing team capable of carrying out the necessary marketing strategies and tactics to achieve performance goals. Ensure all marketing communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives and are an effective use of financial and human resources.
|Master’s degree in Marketing, Planning, and Business, Healthcare Administration or related field required. At least 7 years professional working experience in marketing, planning or communication. Prefer that all or a part of said experience include work at a large hospital, health system or other healthcare setting.|
