Twitter is pulling out all the stops to eliminate fake user accounts. The social media platform began suspending fake user accounts back in May and June. Since then, 400 million fake accounts are no longer showing up as “follow” accounts. The average user won’t see much of a change at all, but some of Twitter’s most popular users are seeing a large shift in their followers.
