Confident C.J. Ham Enters Second Season As Vikings Starting Fullback

Augustana Alum In Third Year With Organization

EAGAN, MN  —  Augustana alum C.J. Ham makes it a point never to be satisfied.

None the less, he enters his third training camp with the Vikings having found a niche.

Just two years after signing as an undrafted free agent, Ham seems firmly entrenched as the Vikings fullback.  He played in all 18 regular and postseason games last season.  Though Ham primarily paved the way for the likes of Dalvin Cook and LaTavius Murray, C.J. did prove that he was a capable ball carrier, running for a touchdown and catching seven passes out of the backfield for 98 yards.

That could mean even more responsibility this year, something the Augie alum welcomes.
