Sip-N-Cycle Releases Statement Following DWI Crash
Sip-N-Cycle Sioux Falls has released a statement following a crash on Saturday night that sent several patrons to the hospital:
“We pride ourselves on offering a unique and fun way to see downtown. Unfortunately, last night a drunk driver reminded us of how quickly something awful can happen to innocent people.
Our thoughts are with our riders who were injured and will continue to be with them as they recover. We intend to cooperate with law enforcement in their investigation so that the drunk driver is held accountable for his actions.

Sioux Falls, S.D.: Just after 6 p.m. Saturday, SFPD, SFFR and Paramedics Plus responded to a vehicle versus a Sip-N-Cycle collision near W. 4th Street and N. Main Avenue.
The initial information was there were multiple injured parties some with serious injuries.
It was determined a vehicle traveling southbound crossed over the lane markings and collided with an occupied Sip-N-Cycle traveling northbound.
Several injured parties were transported via ambulance, medical staff advised their injuries were considered serious but not life threatening.
The driver of the vehicle, 25 year old Justin Rabago, was arrested and charged with vehicular battery, DUI 3rd offense, no driver’s license and no insurance.
