The Keystone XL: What Can South Dakota Expect To See?

TransCanada will be meeting in front of the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission starting next week. They'll be trying to convince commissioners to once again give them the permit needed to construct the Keystone XL Pipeline in the state. In the meantime, they're trying to give residents an idea of how the pipeline works and what you would see if approved.

Public Gives Opinion on Keystone XL Pipeline

The permit to allow construction of the Keystone XL pipeline in South Dakota will have to be certified by the PUC again. The commission gave the public a chance to weigh-in in Pierre before a decision is made.
